Why I Do This Work
My passion for helping others comes from my own journey of overcoming challenges. Growing up in a chaotic environment taught me the importance of resilience, and it’s what drew me to the healing profession. I know what it’s like to feel stuck in cycles that no longer serve you—and I also know the freedom that comes from breaking through.
As a therapist and coach, I’ve had the honor of working with hundreds of people who were ready to take that step toward change. I’ve helped them navigate difficult emotions, build healthy habits, and find clarity in the midst of life’s chaos. And now, I want to do the same for you.
