Your Healing Era is Calling…
🔥 You’re self-aware. You’ve done the work. You’ve read the books, journaled your heart out, maybe even sat through therapy nodding along, thinking, Yep, I get it.
But… why do you still feel stuck?
Why does the anxiety, the self-doubt, or the people-pleasing still creep in? Why does joy still feel just out of reach?
If you’ve got that deep knowing—that life could be better, lighter, more fulfilling—but you just haven’t been able to bridge the gap, you’re in the right place.
This is for you if you’re ready to:
⚡ Break the habits, patterns, and beliefs that are keeping you small.
⚡ Create ridiculously fulfilling relationships (starting with yourself).
⚡ Stop waiting for happiness and start intentionally building it.
⚡ Step into the most confident, grounded, unshakable version of you.
👀 This isn’t for the passive scrollers or excuse-makers. It’s for those who are ready to take action, do the work, and actually change their lives.

***Please read below to understand the difference between therapy and coaching***
Coaching is not psychotherapy, does not include diagnosis, treatment plan, or medical treatment.
Business coaching is not provided in either of these offers
Let’s Clear This Up: Coaching ≠ Therapy
Coaching and therapy aren’t the same thing—and they shouldn’t be treated like they are. Even if someone is trained as a therapist (like I am), that doesn’t give them free rein to mix the two.
When I’m coaching, I’m not your therapist. That means I’m not diagnosing you, creating clinical treatment plans, or using psychotherapy techniques. No medical model here. No insurance billing. No emotional support animal letters. And legally, it’s not a protected client-therapist relationship.
Therapists need to be licensed in the state where their clients live. Coaching? That’s different. It allows more flexibility, especially when working across state lines or with folks who don’t vibe with traditional therapy but still want guidance, support, and real-deal personal growth.
If you’re working with someone who flips between coach and therapist roles depending on the day? Red flag. That’s not only confusing—it’s potentially unethical and risky for everyone involved.
Bottom line: I wear one hat at a time. If we’re working together through coaching, it’s because you’re ready for forward-focused support—not mental health treatment. And I’m crystal clear about where those lines are.
Coaching Has Its Limits—And That’s a Good Thing
If you're in crisis, struggling with suicidal thoughts, self-harm, psychosis, active addiction, or eating disorder behaviors—coaching isn’t the right fit. You need a licensed therapist who can offer clinical support and a treatment plan tailored to your needs.
Coaching is for growth, not crisis.
If it becomes clear that a diagnosis or higher level of care is needed, I’ll always refer you to someone qualified to help—because that’s the ethical thing to do. You deserve the right kind of support, not a watered-down version of therapy dressed up as coaching.
Therapeutic models like CBT, DBT, EMDR, IFS, or Somatic Experiencing? Those are for trained, licensed therapists to use in a clinical setting. Coaches can’t (and shouldn’t) offer that. No grey area here.
I stay in my lane—so you can get exactly what you need, without confusion or crossed wires.

Coaching FAQs
What is mental health coaching?
Mental health coaching is a collaborative process where we focus on helping you move forward with clarity, confidence, and purpose. Drawing from my experience as a licensed therapist, I bring a depth of understanding about mental health that enhances the coaching experience. Unlike therapy, this isn’t about unpacking your past—it’s about actionable steps to create the future you want.
How is mental health coaching different from therapy?
Therapy often dives into past traumas and mental health diagnoses, while coaching focuses on practical tools and strategies to help you thrive in the present. My coaching style blends the insights I’ve gained as a therapist with a forward-thinking, action-oriented approach. You’ll get high-quality support without the formality of therapy, tailored to your personal goals.
Who is mental health coaching for?
Mental health coaching is ideal for individuals who:
Feel stuck or overwhelmed.
Want to reduce stress and create balance.
Seek personal growth and alignment with their values.
Are ready to take actionable steps toward a more fulfilling life.
What can I expect from a coaching session?
Each session is tailored to your unique needs and goals. We’ll discuss challenges, identify priorities, and create a step-by-step plan to help you move forward. Sessions are collaborative, practical, and focused on helping you gain clarity and confidence.
Do I need a mental health diagnosis to work with a coach?
No. Mental health coaching is for anyone looking to improve their well-being, reduce stress, and build healthier habits. You don’t need a diagnosis to benefit from coaching.
How long does it take to see results?
Many clients feel empowered and motivated after just one session. Long-term change depends on your goals and commitment, but even small steps can lead to noticeable improvements in your daily life.
Can coaching sessions be done online?
Yes! All sessions are conducted via video or phone call, making it convenient for you to get the support you need from anywhere.
How often should I schedule sessions?
This depends on your goals and preferences. Some clients prefer weekly sessions for accountability and momentum, while others schedule biweekly or monthly check-ins.
Is mental health coaching confidential?
Absolutely. Your privacy is a top priority, and everything we discuss in sessions remains confidential.
How do I know if mental health coaching is right for me?
If you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or ready for change, coaching can help you move forward with clarity and purpose. Schedule a free discovery call to see if coaching is the right fit for you.
