Why I Do This Work

My passion for helping others comes from my own journey of overcoming challenges. Growing up in a chaotic environment taught me the importance of resilience, and it’s what drew me to the healing profession. I know what it’s like to feel stuck in cycles that no longer serve you—and I also know the freedom that comes from breaking through.

As a therapist and coach, I’ve had the honor of working with hundreds of people who were ready to take that step toward change. I’ve helped them navigate difficult emotions, build healthy habits, and find clarity in the midst of life’s chaos. And now, I want to do the same for you.

Licensed therapy sessions are available through Evolution Wellness, my North Carolina-based counseling practice.

If you're an NC resident looking for support around anxiety, boundaries, relationship struggles, or healing from dysfunctional family dynamics — we can work together under my clinical license.

Insurance may be available depending on your benefits. This is best for folks wanting a traditional therapy route with a licensed provider.

Mental Health Coaching (Available Worldwide)

If you live outside of North Carolina — or you’re not looking for a diagnosis or insurance-based therapy — coaching may be the better fit.

Coaching is more action-oriented and doesn’t involve formal clinical treatment.

We’ll focus on emotional regulation, breaking unhealthy patterns, and building self-trust, with a no-BS, forward-moving approach.

It’s not therapy — but it can be transformative.

✔️ Held virtually on Wednesdays between 9am–3pm (EST)
✔️ You get a dedicated time slot so you can stay consistent and supported
✔️ All clients — therapy or coaching — fill out the same application to get started
